Makes one 16” sourdough pizza. Simply thaw on the counter and roll on a heavily floured surface. Add your favorite toppings and bake 12-14 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

You can par bake the crust for about 5 minutes before toppings, if you like a very crispy crust.

Ingredients: Organic unbleached AP flour, water, sourdough discard, pink salt, olive oil.
